IMPORTANT NOTICE
The Pukka Junior Tour is currently in the process of restructuring some of its scheduled events, as well as working with two other local Florida Junior tours that want to combine with us....to make the entire experience bigger and better. We are currently cancelling all events thru September and quite possibly October as well, while we go through our growth and changes. Our newly upgraded tour will have close to 500 members, well on our way to our goal of 1000 members by the end of 2011. The two tours that we will be combining with have a big presence in Orlando and in Southeast Florida. We are exploring adding yet one more tour as well (from the west coast of Florida), to take all 4 junior tours and make them one large Florida junior golf tour. Our prices will be lowered even more, to be consistent with the Florida Junior Golf Tour, like they should be in junior golf...not like other larger tours that charge $300+ for two day events. We want our events to be 2, 3 and 4 day events like they have in other countries. In addition, our ranking systems will be even better than they already are....with full exemptions into AJGA events, Golf Invitationals and better strength & competition in our fields. College coaches will be a huge part of each event and we fully expect our junior tour to be the best run and most professional tour in Florida by next year. Currently, we have over 200 PGA Professional contacts in Florida, as well as some amazing coaches in several different golf academies who are helping in the building process and many juniors and these PGA Professional and coaches' students who want to play on our tour. We do have several major decisions to make over the next few weeks, so please stay patient while we restructure and rebuild. We want you to be assured that our changes are for the better and we are listening to everyone's advice and feedback about the future of the Pukka Junior Tour.
